L'inconvénient est souvent que vous mangez déjà complet, alors que vous n'avez même rien goûté avec ce délicieux goût de gril ... Depuis notre Paleotour, nous nous concentrons sur ce qui se passe sur le barbecue. Il arrivait souvent que nous n'avions pas de pain du tout. À notre grande surprise, nos clients ne l'ont pas manqué du tout et ne l'ont découvert qu'après. Probablement à cause de tout le reste, ils ont été servis. ;) Mais parfois, nous aimons aussi avoir du pain sur la table. Agréable à tremper dans une sauce ou tout simplement à manger si pur. Alors ce pain focaccia est idéal! Prêt et délicieux en un rien de temps. Servir ce délicieux pain plat italien avec une bonne huile d'olive avec des grains de sel de mer et du poivre noir.
