Frittata for president! This is really seriously one of the tastiest breakfasts you can make. It takes a bit longer than a normal omelet which we often eat, but it is worth it. Every time we make this, my girlfriend and I say to each other: "We should do this more often". And therefore, this is now on the menu once a week. Often in the weekend.
