Put the satay skewers in a dish with water.

Dice the chicken fillets and put them in a bowl.

Pour over the coconut aminos, olive oil and press the clove of garlic over it.

Mix well and let it stand for at least 30 minutes.

Put the chicken cubes on the skewers.

Heat grill or frying pan over medium heat and cook chicken skewers until done.

Dice the cucumber, chop half the red onion and pepper. Put these together in a small bowl.
