Ingredients: 1⁄4 Tbsp Honey; 1⁄4 Tbsp Cinnamon; 1 piece Egg; 25 g Almond flour; 10 g Coconut flour; 1 Tbsp Olive oil (mild); 1⁄4 piece Banana; 1⁄4 tsp Baking powder; 1⁄2 piece Peach

 Cover the cake tin with baking paper and grease it with oil. 

 Wash the peaches and cut into pieces. Cut half a peach into flat slices, so you can decorate it nicely on the cake. 

 Place the small pieces of peach in the food processor. 

 Break the banana into pieces and add it, along with the eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon and baking soda. (You can also add honey here to make it sweeter. Although we don&#39;t think this is necessary!) 

 Run the food processor until it becomes a nice mass. 

 Put it in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Check in between that the top does not get very dark. 

 Once done, pierce the cake with a skewer and see if any dough sticks. It may be that the skewer is a bit moist, because it is a somewhat creamy cake. 

 Cut it off and you have a delicious sweet snack. 

 NB. The slices of the cake can be stored in a closed drum (possibly in the refrigerator) and you have a delicious energetic snack for 2 to 3 days. Or you freeze them. Take out a slice of cake in the evening &amp; eat it the next day.
