Ingredients: 1 hand Pecans; 1⁄2 piece Onion; 100 g Ground beef; 1⁄2 tsp Cumin Ground (grinded); 175 g Spinach; 1⁄2 tsp Garlic powder; 1 1⁄2 Tbsp Raisins; 1 tsp Garam masala; 2 Tbsp Yeast flakes; 300 g Pumpkin (in cubes)

Surprising oven dish with pumpkin puree

 If you use a whole pumpkin, cut it into cubes first. The skin may remain in place. 

 Put the cubes in a pan with boiling water and cook the pumpkin for 10 minutes. 

 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. 

 Chop the onion and fry it in a frying pan. 

 Then add the minced meat and fry it loosely with 2 teaspoons of Garam Masala herbs. 

 Then add the raisins to the mince. Season with some extra salt and pepper and spoon the minced meat mixture in an oven dish. 

 If the spinach still needs to be washed, wash it first and let it drain well. Then stir the spinach in a pan with some garlic powder until it has shrunk. It is most convenient to do this in 2 to 3 times, otherwise the pan is very full. 

 Drain if necessary and spoon the shredded spinach over the minced meat. 

 Drain the pumpkin and mash it into a puree (I used an immersion blender for this). Delicious with some salt and pepper. And cumin powder. (Quantity to taste) 

 Spoon the pumpkin puree over the minced meat / spinach mixture and smooth it over. 

 Add the goat cheese or the nutritional yeast flakes as a cheese substitute here. I used nutritional yeast but you can also leave this out. crumble the pecans over the baking dish and place the baking dish in the oven for about 15 minutes.
