Preheat the oven to 355°F. Roast the yellow peppers for 25 minutes until they turn a little black. Take them out, put them in a plastic bag and remove the skin as soon as the peppers have cooled off. Cut the peppers into strips

Cut the bok choy into small pieces.

Cut the pepper and spring onion into small rings.

Cut the celeriac julienne in order to get nice thin and little strips.

Halve the cucumbers and remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces

Mix all ingredients and use your favorite dressing and mix together.
