This grilled avocado is delicious as a side dish with the BBQ, but can also be made in a grill pan. The fresh salsa makes it a great summer recipe! More and more often we eat vegetarian dishes at the barbecue. I really like to let my creativity run wild and come up with surprising recipes for a delicious vegan barbecue.
