This breakfast parfait with amaranth and blueberries is one of my favorite detox breakfasts. The blue-green color comes from spirulina, a freshwater algae that is incredibly rich in protein and will deeply detox your body. Good to give your skin a nice glow, increase your concentration and reduce your appetite for sweet snacks.
