Clean the zucchinis and turn them into zoodles.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and the cherry tomatoes in quarters..
Squeeze half of the lemon.
Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon (coconut) oil. Fry the chicken until golden brown and done.
Add the tomatoes and parsley and reduce the heat, cook for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper, and press the clove of garlic over it.
Add the zoodles and the lemon-garlic mixture to the chicken and heat until everything is warm.
