Last week I wrote about the miracle cure called beet juice and shared my three favorite recipes! Very nice and nice several of you wrote, but what if you don't have a juicer ?! True, then those juices will not continue, but what you can make is a delicious beet smoothie. NOT SUCH A VEGETABLE SMOOTHIE? YET I THINK I MAY MAY CONVINCE WITH THIS RECIPE. BECAUSE A BEET SMOOTHIE CAN REALLY BE TASTY! This may sound a bit heavy and I don't think many of you would prefer a beet smoothie in the morning. Still, I think I might be able to convince you with this recipe. Because a beet smoothie can be really tasty. Plus, a morning beet is one of the best things you can do for your body. For example, by drinking fresh beet juice and smoothies in the morning I have been able to turn my bad skin into healthy, radiant skin. Then this variant will be a bit difficult. But trust me, you can get used to every taste and after three tries you will really appreciate the fresh taste!
