Beet smoothie with apple

Last week I wrote about the miracle cure called beet juice and shared my three favorite recipes! Very nice and nice several of you wrote, but what if you don't have a juicer ?! True, then those juices will not continue, but what you can make is a delicious beet smoothie. NOT SUCH A VEGETABLE SMOOTHIE? YET I THINK I MAY MAY CONVINCE WITH THIS RECIPE. BECAUSE A BEET SMOOTHIE CAN REALLY BE TASTY! This may sound a bit heavy and I don't think many of you would prefer a beet smoothie in the morning. Still, I think I might be able to convince you with this recipe. Because a beet smoothie can be really tasty. Plus, a morning beet is one of the best things you can do for your body. For example, by drinking fresh beet juice and smoothies in the morning I have been able to turn my bad skin into healthy, radiant skin. Curious about the other benefits that the beet has on your health? Then read this blog back! Are you really fond of sweet smoothies (banana, strawberry, mango)? Then this variant will be a bit difficult. But trust me, you can get used to every taste and after three tries you will really appreciate the fresh taste!
