Quinoa is one of the most versatile ingredients in my kitchen. I pop it as a topping over my smoothie bowls, make delicious veggie burgers, just eat it loose (cooked!) With a salad and did you know that quinoa is also the best basis for homemade granola? I had not tried a kind of recipe yet and that is a breakfast made of quinoa. Call me crazy but I always associated these little grains with lunch or dinner. After seeing some tasty recipes on pinterest I couldn't stay behind and I went into the kitchen for my version of the famous quinoa porridge. I have to say, this is here to stay! Because when you mix chocolate and coconut and quinoa not much can go wrong :)
