It is finally 2015! Happy new year everybody! I hope you all ushered in 2015 in a great way. Often the first day of the new year means breaking out, recovering and, above all, getting a lot of sleep, because most people of course celebrate 12 hours with a glass of champagne in hand. Very nice but the feeling the next morning is really less. When I just started eating healthier, there were often these mornings in between. To start the day as fresh as possible, I made my detox tea immediately after waking up. Of course the hangover did not disappear but I did feel fresher and the (possible) nauseous feeling was quickly gone! So for anyone who can use a boost .. goji berries & lemon tea! Goji berries are rich in minerals, vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants. These combined nutrients in the goji berry are abundant which makes them super healthy! Love, Sanne
