Overnight oats are my go-to breakfast when I am in a great hurry. You make them the night before and all you have to do in the morning is take your jar out of the fridge and get a spoon. I eat them, very badly, in the car on the way to work or to my appointments. Sometimes I make them every day for 3 weeks in a row and then I have had an overload and they go back into the closet for a month. But my love for these overnight oats remains. Extra bales when I wanted to make my chia oatmeal breakfast last week but no longer had any oatmeal at home. What I could find were quinoa flakes so I used these as the oats and this was very tasty! So today an alternative to the well-known overnight oats, we call it the overnight quinoa. By the way, the photo I made of this overnight quinoa is absolutely not like what my breakfast looks like in the morning. For the photo I dressed everything up nicely;)
