I have had a profile on instagram for a while and saw the most beautiful smoothie bowls there this summer. In all colors and sizes with superfoods, nuts and fruit as a topping. Awesome!! I didn't know these smoothie bowls (I just drank my smoothies from a glass) so I started experimenting and have had a favorite for 2 months!
