Last week I already wrote about my search for healthy breakfast puffs. Variations on my "standard" oatmeal. My first experiment was this delicious buckwheat porridge. You can leave it in the fridge for at least 4 days, so changing it is fine! For example with this delicious quinoa breakfast. A real winner for people who have a busy day and who can use some energy. I imagine some of you can't have a big breakfast like this so early in the morning. No problem! Just leave it in the fridge and eat it as a snack. You can also make this quinoa porridge sweet by mixing in some goji berries, coconut blossom sugar or agave syrup.
