The easiest granola to make is surely this rawnola. The idea is the same, namely crunch for over your fruit (vegetable) yogurt and / or milk. However, there is one huge difference. Rawnola, as the name reveals, is raw. Raw means raw and not fried or roasted in a pan or oven. This means that making rawnola cannot actually fail and is made very quickly. We eat Rawnola or, as we call them at home, crumbs every day. It is the perfect snack, the best breakfast and the best basis for a smoothie or cake. There is always a huge mason jar filled with rawnola in the fridge. We occasionally alternate with the ingredients, but the basis is and remains dates mixed with oatmeal and coconut grater. These ingredients provide extra energy (through the dates) and a long and saturated feeling (through the oatmeal). This makes the rawnola a perfect pre-workout snack.
