Last week I posted a recipe for parsnip fries from the oven. The reactions were great, many of you have tried them! Still, I received several emails asking if I could post an easy recipe for the sweet potato fries (which I talked about in the blog). Sweet potato fries from the oven are easy to make. Just like with the parsnip, you really only need some oil and different spices to make your fries really tasty. We eat them quite often at home! The only challenge is cutting, if you want to get nice chips, you really have to do your best. I don't have much patience so mine often take the form of Flemish fries. Just tasty and ready just a little faster;) They are delicious, served with homemade guacamole or with this great lentil burger! How do you make your sweet potato fries?
