Today we have a very special recipe for you, tofu and croute! As you know, here at LTGL we love simple dishes, but every now and then we sometimes do our best to put a culinary masterpiece on the table. We do this this time with a delicious tofu and croute. It is perfect for an extensive dinner on Sunday evening but will certainly do well during the holidays! I can't wait to try it with roasted sweet potato and pumpkin from the oven. You may wonder, how can such a treat be on the table within 40 minutes? I'll tell you that! We use Aunt Fanny's puff pastry. With this all the "difficult" work has already been done and we can enjoy ourselves with the filling. Today we make it with tofu, mushrooms and a mix of spinach and pine nuts, but you can also indulge in other vegetables!
