As you may have noticed, since this month I am writing for the great site ilovehealth. 2 years ago, Daisy (founder) decided to share her passion for healthy eating and many sports with the rest of the Netherlands and set up her own site. This was a real hit. Her enthusiasm and passion for everything that is good for the body is infectious and I was very surprised when she emailed me 2 months ago! She said that she was going to travel for 3 months and therefore didn't have that much time to make dishes or she could share some recipes from me .. so the next 3 months you will find tasty vegan recipes on her site, some you will recognize from my blog but certainly not all of them so if you are looking for more vegan inspiration, I recommend you to take a look at www.ilovehealth.nl! Daisy is currently in Bali, Timo and I have been here for two baskets last year and have immersed ourselves in Balinese / Indonesian cuisine. It was a great time and we learned a lot here. One of my favorite recipes was the "black rice pudding". The name says it all; black rice pudding but not boiled with water but with coconut milk, making it deliciously sweet. So do you want to bring a bit of Bali to your own kitchen? Then I can recommend this recipe !!
