Oh oh oh how we can enjoy a good vegan cheesecake at LTGL! Especially in the summer it is a joy to make, because all that summer fruit as a topping makes it just that little bit better. We made this recipe for the first magazine and the shooting was really drama, EVERYONE wanted to try a piece and secretly everyone was picking the cheese cake in between.
