Put the ingredients for the base in a food processor and grind to a sticky mass.

Divide the mass over the bottom of a spring form tin and press firmly.

Peel the lemons, remove the seeds and as many of the white sheets as possible. Puree the lemon together with the other ingredients for the filling until smooth.

Pour the lemon mixture on the cake base and smooth it out.

Let the cake set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
