Banana ice creams with chocolate

Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Now cut the banana pieces in half lengthwise so that you always have 2 thin slices that fit together exactly. 

Spread half of the banana slices with nut butter and press the other half on top.

Place the bananas with nut butter on a piece of baking paper on a plate and freeze them for at least 2 ½ hours.

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and dip the banana ice creams in it. Let the chocolate solidify immediately or quickly roll the ice creams through some shredded coconut or chopped nuts so it sticks to the chocolate.
