Double stacked Caveman Cookies

Combine the cashew nuts with the coconut milk in a food processor and grind until smooth.

Add cocoa and honey and pulse this through the mixture.

Now let the food processor run while slowly adding the coconut oil to the mixture: this way it becomes a nice, even mass.

Put the frosting in the fridge for 1 hour to stiffen.

Take a Caveman Cookie and spread some frosting on it and then add another cookie. Repeat with the rest of the cookies.
