Chop the onion and slice the avocado.

Combine the minced meat with onion, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl and knead well.

Form 4 hamburgers from the mixture and set aside.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked.

In the meantime, fry the bacon and then fry the eggs.

Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 quarters and remove the core. Remove the middle part of the lettuce so that you have a kind of boat of lettuce. Place the burgers in this and make a nice stack of bacon, pickle, avocado and fried egg.
