Puree the flesh of the watermelon in a blender.
Press the pulp through a fine sieve, above a bowl, until no more moisture comes through.
Stir orange juice through the watermelon juice and pour half of the mixture into a saucepan.
Sprinkle gelatin powder in the juice in the bowl and let it stand for a few minutes, then the gelatin will begin to dissolve.
Heat the juice in the saucepan: it absolutely does not have to boil or be very hot. If it reasonably warm, it is good.
Pour the warm juice into the bowl and mix well with a whisk. Add vanilla powder.
If there are any lumps in the mixture, you can puree the whole with a hand blender or blender.
Rinse a flexible chocolate/pudding mold with cold water and divide the mixture in it.
Let it set in the fridge for 1 hour.
