Delicious as a dip, really nice to go with your meat and super easy to make. This is one of those basic recipes that once made becomes an all-time favorite. Very versatile, it goes with almost anything.

Roughly chop the red onion, garlic and pepper. You can use the pepper with or without the seeds.

If you would like a fine salsa: put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until the desired consistency.

For a what coarser salsa: dice everthing by hand and mix well.
