Preheat the oven to 345°F.
Peel the apple, cut out the core. Then cut the flesh into cubes. Put this in a baking dish (or 2 ramekins) together with the raspberries.
Put almond flour, coconut blossom sugar and salt in a bowl and mix together.
Cut the butter into cubes and add them to the flour. Rub the mixture into crumbs between your hands
Spread the crumb mixture over the fruit.
Bake the crumble in 25 minutes until golden and cooked in the middle of the oven.
