Ground Pork and Beef blend
Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Melt one tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan, pour in half of the eggs and cook an omelette.
Repeat these steps for the rest of the eggs.
Prepare the plates and place an omelette on each plate.
Melt the remaining coconut oil in the pan and fry the chopped flour and brown.
Meanwhile cut the mushrooms into slices and press the garlic.
Add mushrooms and garlic and stir fry until the mushrooms have a nice color.
Now add the spinach and then stir-fry until it has shrunk
Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the minced meat mixture over the plates, fold the omelet and serve.
