Wraps
These delicious cabbage dolmas are a real taste sensation. The rolls are filled with a spicy mixture of white rice, vegetarian minced meat and mushrooms. Very suitable as a side dish during an Asian meal, but of course also irresistibly delicious as a snack or lunch.
Chinese cabbage

Cook the rice as described on the package.

Meanwhile, loosen the cabbage leaves, cut away the midrib, rinse them with water and place on a cutting board.

Chop the garlic, ginger and mushrooms and heat the oil in a pan.

Fry the garlic and then add the mushrooms and minced meat to the pan.

Now also add the tomato paste and all herbs to the mixture and fry everything in a few minutes.

Add the cooked rice to the minced meat mixture and stir well.

Place a bit of the ground beef mixture in the center of a cabbage leaf and roll it up tightly into a dolma. Use a skewer to keep the dolma closed. Repeat with the rest of the cabbage leaves.

Steam the dolmas in about 15-20 minutes. If you don't have a steam basket, you can hang a colander over a pan of boiling water and close it with a lid. Note: the water must not touch the sieve.
