Start by cutting the radish, celery and artichoke. Meanwhile, drain the corn in a colander.

Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

Mix the artichoke, corn, surimi sticks, avocado, celery, radishes and dill together and then mix with the sauce. The filling is now ready.

Briefly heat the wraps in a frying pan.

Fill the wraps generously with the filling and roll up. Enjoy!
