Tortizza, in our opinion the healthy version of a pizza, is always possible! And you can invest it with anything. And another advantage: the tortizza is ready in no time and therefore ideal for making a quick after work! We recommend making two tortizzas per person as a meal.

Cut the bottom of the asparagus and cook until al dente for about 5 minutes
Cut the broccoli into florets and cook it very briefly, about 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, put all the ingredients for the pesto in a blender or food processor. Finally add the cooked broccoli. Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Start by adding a dash of olive oil, if the pesto is too dry you can always add more.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in the frying pan and fry the wrap alternately until it turns a little brown. Make sure that the wrap does not get too crunchy
Spread the wrap with the pesto and top with the asparagus, tomatoes and mozzarella. You can put the wrap under the grill for another 4 minutes, but you can also eat cold!
