Yo mismo no soy realmente un bebedor de café, pero aquí, en Bali, descubrí que soy un fanático del café helado. Después del primer sorbo que ya me vendieron, ¡no tengo idea de que el "café" (por supuesto que no es realmente, más de la mitad es leche de almendras) podría ser tan bueno! En Shelter Café (la revisión sigue) hacen dos versiones diferentes, el café de vainilla y el café normal. La vainilla era demasiado dulce, así que rogué mucho si me daban la receta del café helado. No dieron esa manera, pero querían enseñarme (si lo haces, ¡hazlo bien, el texto era correcto!) Así que fui al rincón del café y aprendí a hacer el mejor café helado.
