Cut the 2 peaches in half and remove the kernel.

Cut the flesh into pieces.

Heat a grill pan and grill the peaches briefly on both sides.

Cut the red onion into thin half rings.

Chop the pecans coarsely.

Heat a skillet and roast the pecans in it until they are fragrant.

Place the arugula on a plate and spread over the peaches, red onion, blueberries and toasted pecans.

Put all ingredients for the dressing in a blender or food processor and mix into an even dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
