Pork with 'Babi Pangang' sauce

Culicool

Babi Pangang. Who doesn't know it? Babi = pig. Pangang = roasted. Either Roasted Pork. That was the inspiration for this Culislow dish. Not so much the roast pork. It was just that typical sweet and sour tomato sauce. We wanted to taste it. We think we're getting close. Thanks to the honey and ginger. Judge for yourself. Tip: Be sure to fry your pork. That gives that extra crispy pan-tang touch. But if you are short on time. Then it is also possible without. :)
