Spanish salad with kohlrabi

 Peel the kohlrabi first and then chop finely. The easiest with a mandolin, food processor or spiral cutter. We used the spiral cutter and after that I still cut the “spaghetti” into pieces. That eats easier. (And yep, you just eat it raw!) 

 Mix the kohlrabi, tomatoes, arugula and pumpkin seeds in a bowl or lunch box. 

 Make the dressing by putting all the ingredients together. Take away to work.
