I can't help it, cold weather requires a warm bowl of soup, which you can eat on the couch, with a blanket over you, while watching your favorite series. This is what our Saturday night looked like, this time with a large bowl of carrot soup. We have eaten the lentil soup and pumpkin soup that I put online two weeks ago. It was time for something new! I loved the combination of carrot and ginger as a juice, so I was curious how a soup with these ingredients would taste. Reason enough to try! This simple soup is the answer to: I want to eat tasty and healthy food but do not stand in the kitchen for too long and is therefore great if you are late at home or have to leave at night.
