Vegetable milk is very tasty and the choice is enormous. You regularly see commercials on TV that promote the goodness of vegetable milk and now you can already find soy milk, almond milk, hazelnut milk, cashew milk and rice milk in the supermarket, all sweetened or unsweetened. I have tried all of them now and I find that I like to use with dishes (almond milk is delicious with an apple pie or baked oatmeal), but I often find the taste less. That's why I won't take a glass of milk that quickly. Too bad because I used to like a cold glass of milk when I was really thirsty! Last week I experimented with homemade milk ingredients (I've been vegan for a year and a half and have never made my own - terrible to admit haha!) I had nuts left and decided to make mixed nut milk because I was too lazy to fish all the almonds out! It has become a great tasty recipe! Do you feel like making milk yourself then I can definitely recommend this mixed nuts milk. Love, Sanne
