Iced coffee with almond milk

Living the Green Life

I myself am not really a coffee drinker but here in Bali I found out that I am a sucker for iced coffee. After the first sip I was already sold, no idea that "coffee" (of course it is not really, more than half is almond milk) could be so good! At Shelter Café (review follows) they make two different versions, the vanilla coffee and the plain coffee. The vanilla was a bit too sweet, so I begged very hard if they would give me the recipe for the plain iced coffee. They didn't give that way but they wanted to teach me (if you do it, do it right the text was right!) So I went into the coffee corner and learned how to make the best iced coffee. Guys, the recipe is really great! So if you want to enjoy a real Balinese iced coffee at home, this is your chance! Enjoy!
