Okay, I promise, this will be the last brownie recipe I share for now! I know I've written at least three posts about brownies in the past two months but what can I say .. brownies are simply one of the best and tastiest snacks EVER! Fortunately, this recipe is really different because I used pumpkin as a base for these slices. Believe me, that is really a must. Pumpkin is wonderfully soft, sweet in taste and gives your pumpkin brownies a fine structure! I know that pumpkins are now hard to find (I always get them from the AH) so you can also replace pumpkin with sweet potato if you find it easier!
