Oatmeal is such a breakfast that you can eat every day, even in this warm weather! To give it a bit of a summer twist, we chose to decorate it with blueberries, red currants and apples. A super tasty and fresh combination. You can of course make oatmeal with water, but it really gets a lot creamier when you use vegetable milk. In winter I find coconut milk ideal, but in summer I choose rice, almond or oat milk. Just what you like or what is on offer;)
