Cut the onion in half rings, chop the garlic cloves and coriander.

First make the tacos by mixing the eggs with arrowroot, coconut flour, water and salt. Beat until smooth.

Heat some coconut oil in a small frying pan and pour a few spoons of the batter in. Bake the taco on both sides until golden brown, just as you would bake a pancake.

Repeat with the rest of the batter, you now have 5 to 6 tacos.

Make the filling by heating the coconut oil in a frying pan and gently frying the onion and garlic.

Add the minced meat and fry it loosely with cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chili powder and salt and pepper.

Fill the tacos with lamb's lettuce, guacamole, fried minced meat and fresh coriander and serve immediately.
