Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
Place the onions and garlic on the bottom of the slow cooker and place the piece of meat on top.
Rub the meat with the herbs and pour the apple cider vinegar over it.
Cook on the low setting for 8 hours. Then pull the meat apart using two forks.
TIP: This dish is very tasty with banana chips and guacamole.
