Frittata is really just a chic word for stuffed omelet. Which does not mean that it isn't an excellent breakfast, lunch, or main course. It is very convenient that you can wrap your healthy vegetables in egg protein; a full meal! Variation options are endless, and this is one of my favorites. Another big advantage: frittatas are also very tasty when they are cold!
