A delicious light dish that is also nutritious and super easy to prepare. Together with my mother I made this fish dish on Boxing Day in Austria and it was an instant hit! We then ate a "leftovers" salad with noodles, but when I started working on the recipe at home I found a green salad and cauliflower rice actually much better.
