Eso es lo que yo, Nicole, vi en cierto grupo de Facebook donde se compartió esto. Bueno, lo compré de inmediato cuando lo vi. Solo entonces para un batido. Me tomó un tiempo acostumbrarnos, ya que Stijn y yo tenemos una fuerte preferencia por las espinacas en nuestro batido verde. Solo nosotros sabemos lo importante que es alternar con vegetales de hoja debido a fitato ¡La col rizada es incluso mejor que la espinaca, ya que es un vegetal de invierno con la mayor cantidad de vitaminas y minerales y, por lo tanto, súper saludable! Piense en la vitamina A, ácido fólico, calcio y hierro.
