No exactamente español, pero el carnicero entendió que Stijn quería tanta salchicha, para poder hacer una buena ronda en la barbacoa. Por eso llamamos a este plato 'Rondo Longaniza'. "Rondo" para la ronda y "Longaniza" fue la salchicha que teníamos. Pero puedes usar cualquier salchicha que quieras. Siempre y cuando estén atados con una cuerda y puedas ponerlos en un círculo en la barbacoa. Por supuesto, pregunte al carnicero si la salchicha no contiene gluten, azúcar ni lactosa. ¡La originalidad del 'rondo' seguramente será apreciada por sus invitados y tiene un sabor delicioso!
