En fait, tout ce que vous emballez dans du bacon est savoureux ;-) Surtout avec du bacon comme ça Je vais toujours chez un fermier local (avec d'autres bio et nourris à l'herbe viande) acheter; qui est merveilleusement savoureux et juste assez de sel. Je le sers ici avec du brocoli et une vinaigrette aux agrumes, mais céleri blanchi s'adapte également parfaitement.
