Sometimes you just want to eat with your hands. Preferably a wrap that you fill with some goodies. Now you can use a leaf of lettuce as a wrap. Toffer is a real wrap, but Culicool style. These gluten-free wraps are super simple to make. The recipe is for a natural version. You can of course also add herbs and spices to the batter, such as garlic powder or curry powder. You can fill it with anything you like. Think of a fresh salad, a fried egg or minced meat. What is also possible is a CULISLOW dish, such as the cauliflower curry or chicken tikka masala.
