Your answer: Well, uh, only nutmeg, but a freshly grated one! :) ¨ We prefer half-and-half minced meat. Beef only can make your burgers very dry. With the pork you get an extra touch / taste and less dry meat. We also add an egg, so that the burger becomes less dry. Almond flour to make it stick together more. It is also possible without egg and almond flour. There is a chance that your burger will become a little dryer.
