In Costa Rica I sat down with a “soda”, a small private eatery. This soda belonged to a Mexican man and his wife, and I had real Mexican tacos there for the first time. Did you know that these are soft just like tortillas? I really liked this one! That's why I like to share my vegan version of this flavor bomb. Besides being a flavor bomb, it is also very simple and it is ready quickly!
